Robert Largan MP visits care home resident on her 100th Birthday

On Saturday 25th July, High Peak MP visited Goyt Valley House Care home resident, Dorothy Bleackley, at her 100th birthday party.

Robert commented:

“It was so lovely to wish happy birthday to Dorothy and to give her a special birthday letter. Dorothy was proudly showing off her birthday card from the Queen. This was definitely one of my favourite ever events to attend as the local MP!

“Goyt Valley House in New Mills do such a fantastic job caring for the residents and that’s why I campaigned so hard to keep the care home open.”
