On Monday 20th July, Gamesley Early Excellence Centre welcomed High Peak MP Robert Largan. 

The MP visited the Nursery School and met with staff and Head Teacher, Anna Portman, to learn more about the centre and to offer help and support.

Gamesley Early Excellence Centre Nursery School offers nursery education for children between the ages of three and five.  

Gamesley Early Excellence Centre has been rated outstanding by Ofsted since the academic year 2006/07. This is testament to the dedicated, experienced and highly qualified staff. 

The Glossop resident and local MP promised to support nurseries like Gamesley Early Excellence Centre. 

Robert Largan MP said:

“Making sure children get the best start in life is incredibly important. 

“Nurseries, like Gamesley Early Excellence Centre, do such important work supporting children and families. It was great to learn more about how they’ve been helping families during the pandemic.”
