Robert calls on Stagecoach to reconsider ending 236 Sunday Service

Conservative Candidate for High Peak, Robert Largan, has called on Stagecoach to reconsider their decision to scrap the 236 Bus Sunday Service between Glossop and Ashton.

 

The Sunday Service will end when the new timetable comes into effect in September. The 237 will continue to run on Sundays.

 

Commenting, Robert Largan, the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for the High Peak said:

 

“This is really disappointing. We need more public transport in Glossopdale, not less. I hope Stagecoach will reconsider their decision.”
