Local MP, Robert Largan, has asked people to vote for their favourite local takeaway.

The High Peak MP is setting out to find the best takeaway in the whole High Peak, with his ‘Best Local Takeaway’ competition.

All independent High Peak takeaways are eligible, whether they’re long-established or have started to offer takeaways during the pandemic. 

Local people can vote online at: www.robertlargan.co.uk/besttakeaway

Voting closes at midnight on Thursday 25 February.

“During lockdown, we're all doing as much as we can to support each other. Our local takeaways - whether they're longstanding or have recently converted to serving takeaways - are all doing a fantastic job, serving both regular customers and those who have only just started using them during lockdown.

“They're doing their best to keep us all going, and I want to recognise that. So I've launched my 'Best Local Takeaway' competition, to find the best takeaway in the whole High Peak. 

“Please do take 2 minutes to vote for your favourite takeaway and help support our brilliant local businesses!”
